The device has a 12-month warranty from the date of purchase. The warranty covers manufacturing defects and problems arising from normal use according to the instructions.
The warranty does not cover mechanical damage, signs of impact, dropping, wetting, improper storage, improper charging, or attempted self-repair.
14-day return policy
You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be in pristine condition, with no signs of use, complete with all accessories and original packaging. Due to the hygienic nature of the device, products showing signs of actual use, compromised hygienic integrity, or missing parts may not be accepted for return.
