To request a cancellation, use the button below and fill in the required information, including your name and order number.

After confirmation, you will receive an automatic email stating that your request has been received.

Receiving confirmation does not automatically mean approval of the return when legal exceptions apply to the specific product, including for hygienic reasons, opening, using, or damaging protective packaging after delivery.
