OFFICIAL RULES OF THE "SPIN-TO-WIN" PROMOTIONAL GAME

These rules govern the terms and conditions for participation in the "Spin-to-Win" promotional game, organized by ALMA DERM Ltd., owner of the AL+ Cosmetics brand.

2. Game Name
The promotional game is conducted under the name:
“Spin-to-Win”
3. Period of Conduct
The game runs from January 5, 2026, until its termination, modification, or temporary suspension at the Organizer's discretion.
The Organizer reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate the game at any time, including in case of technical issues, depletion of prizes, abuse, change in marketing strategy, or other objective reason.
4. Territory
The game is accessible through the website www.alpluscosmetics.bg.
Prizes, discounts, and promotional codes can only be used for orders through the official AL+ Cosmetics online store, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
5. Right to Participate
Individuals over 18 years of age can participate in the game if they:
- visit the website www.alpluscosmetics.bg;
- enter a valid email address in the participation form;
- give explicit consent to receive marketing communications from AL+ Cosmetics;
- accept these Official Rules;
- accept the Organizer's Privacy Policy.
Participation is voluntary.
Participation is not conditional on a purchase.
6. Nature of the Game
Spin-to-Win is a promotional marketing game through which participants can receive a discount, gift, voucher, free shipping, or other promotional incentive.
The game is not a gambling game, as participation does not require a stake, payment, or purchase.
7. Participation Mechanism
To participate, the user must enter a valid email address in the "Spin-to-Win" form on the website.
After entering an email address, the participant gets the opportunity to spin a virtual wheel.
The result of the spin is automatically determined by the technical platform used.
Each email address is entitled to one participation, unless the Organizer announces otherwise.
The Organizer reserves the right to limit repeated participations from the same user, email address, IP address, device, or other indicators in case of suspected abuse.
8. Possible Prizes
Possible prizes may include, but are not limited to:
- percentage discount;
- fixed discount;
- free shipping;
- gift product;
- promotional code;
- voucher;
- other type of promotional advantage.
The specific prize is displayed in the game interface and/or sent to the provided email address.
Prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent.
Prizes cannot be transferred to third parties, unless the Organizer has explicitly stated otherwise.
9. Receiving the Prize
The prize is provided by:
- display on the screen after participation;
- sending a promotional code by email;
- automatic activation at checkout;
- another technical method chosen by the Organizer.
The Organizer is not responsible if the participant has entered an incorrect, invalid, or third-party email address.
The Organizer is not responsible for undelivered emails due to spam filters, technical issues, mailbox settings, or incorrectly entered data.
10. Prize Validity
Promotional codes and prizes are valid for the period specified in the corresponding message, email, or game interface.
Unless otherwise specified, the prize is valid for 30 days from its receipt.
After the expiration of the period, the prize cannot be used, reimbursed, or replaced.
11. Conditions for Using Promotional Codes
Promotional codes can only be used under the conditions specified in the corresponding message.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise:
- one code can only be used once;
- codes cannot be combined with other discounts;
- codes cannot be exchanged for cash;
- codes may be limited to specific products, categories, sets, or a minimum order value;
- codes may not apply to products on promotion, bundles, limited offers, or other special campaigns.
12. Gifts and Product Prizes
If the prize includes a gift product, it is provided under the conditions specified in the game interface or in the email message.
Gifts are available while supplies last.
If a specific gift runs out, the Organizer may provide an alternative gift of similar value or terminate the corresponding prize.
13. Abuse and Disqualification
The Organizer reserves the right to refuse participation, cancel a prize, or disqualify a participant in case of suspected:
- use of fake, temporary, or third-party email addresses;
- repeated registrations to circumvent the rules;
- technical manipulation of the game;
- automated participation through bots, scripts, or other tools;
- abuse of promotional codes;
- use of the game in a way that violates good faith or the Organizer's interests.
14. Technical Issues
The Organizer is not responsible for temporary unavailability of the game, technical errors, interruptions, delays, internet connection problems, platform errors, or other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
In case of an identified technical problem, the Organizer may temporarily suspend the game, adjust the terms, or cancel improperly generated prizes.
15. Personal Data
By participating in the game, the participant provides their email address and, where applicable, other data necessary for participation, receiving a prize, and marketing communication.
Personal data is processed by ALMA DERM Ltd. for the following purposes:
- participation in the game;
- sending a prize or promotional code;
- sending marketing communications, offers, news, and campaigns;
- prevention of abuse;
- proof of participation and compliance with these rules.
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with AL+ Cosmetics' Privacy Policy, published on the website www.alpluscosmetics.bg.
Participants can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time via the unsubscribe link in each email or by contacting the Organizer at info@alpluscosmetics.bg.
16. Marketing Consent
Participation in the game requires explicit consent to receive marketing communications from AL+ Cosmetics.
Withdrawal of marketing consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
If the participant withdraws their consent, the Organizer may stop sending marketing communications, but this does not affect an already validly received prize, unless abuse is identified.
17. Liability
The Organizer is not responsible for:
- incorrectly entered data by the participant;
- undelivered emails;
- technical problems beyond the Organizer's control;
- inability to use a prize after its expiration;
- incorrect use of a promotional code;
- temporary interruption or modification of the game.
18. Changes to the Rules
The Organizer reserves the right to change, supplement, suspend, or terminate these rules at any time.
Changes come into effect from the moment of their publication on the website, unless otherwise specified.
19. Applicable Law
For all unsettled matters, the current legislation of the Republic of Bulgaria shall apply.
